Windows update / Weekly restarts

It's always a good idea to restart before contacting support. In most cases a restart will fix Windows related issues. Even issues with Microsoft Office, as updates get pushed out all of the time and will cause issues if there is a pending update and you haven't restarted. Our suggestion is to shut down/restart nightly, but at least do it weekly on Wednesday as Windows updates get pushed out on Tuesday. Be cognizant of this notification, as it tells you that a restart is needed.
