No printers available in Encore

Sometimes when you log into Encore and there are no printers, or you only see 3 available printers, like this.

it just means that it cannot connect to the print server and is only seeing printers on the web server. There is an easy fix.

1. Log the user out of Encore by hitting Logout in the top right corner of Encore.

2. Close the web browser completely.

3. Reopen the browser and log back into Encore and the printers should be available again.
