Set Default Printers in Encore

Any user can change their printers in Encore very simply.

It might be worth printing these out and putting them at the machine centers.

In the example below, I will set the default printer for a machine center that prints Load Tags for the Hycorr2 in Rochester.

Go to Profile at the top right. Select Set Default Printers.

Click Select Under Load Tag

Pick a printer and Hit OK. Do the Same for Default and hit ok. Hit the Save button.

If the list only shows a few printers and not the full list, log out of Encore, close your web browser and log back into Encore and try again. It should populate fully with every available printer in the directory.
