Self Service Password Reset Accessing the password reset form Option 1: From the Windows Login Screen (Must be an "Entra Joined" device deployed after August 2023, "Boxit" computers do not have this option) On the Windows login screen, click "Sign-in options" Click the "Web sign-in" icon (Globe) Then, click the "Sign-in" button that appears. You may need to repeat this step twice. Option 2: From the Microsoft Authenticator App on your phone Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. Tap on your account (labeled as "JAMESTOWN CONTAINER COMPANIES") and select the "Change password" option. Follow the prompts to be redirected to the password reset page. Option 3: Direct Access to the Password Reset Page Open a web browser on any device. Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ Enter your work email and follow the instructions to reset your password. Continuing from Either Option Enter your work emailType your work email into the web sign-in page and click "Forgot Password." Select "I forgot my password"After selecting it, click "Next." Choose a verification method The easiest option is to use the authenticator code from your Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. This code is specific to your organization (labeled as "JAMESTOWN CONTAINER COMPANIES") and includes your email address underneath. NOT the VPN code Alternatively, you can send the code via text if you have set up that method.
